We don't charge any fees upfront. Our fee is determined by winning you a reduction. If there is no reduction, there is no fee.

Once a reduction has been granted, our fee is 50% of the first year's savings. That's our incentive to negotiate for the largest reduction possible. Upon winning your grievance, a $75 appraisal fee is charged. If you provide us with a current appraisal, the appraisal fee may be waived.

If we appeal your case and file in Small Claims Court, a $30 SCAR filing fee is incurred. We pay the $30 filing fee in advance and charge it as a reimbursement upon winning your case.
